About Me
My name is Giorgio Aprile, I am a senior CBT therapist.
I have more than 10 years of experience of one-to-one work with clients.
I am a Lecturer in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the University of Exeter, and a trainer for experienced clinicians and wider audiences.
I was a clinical supervisor for one of the largest therapy companies in the UK, where I was responsible for overseeing the treatment of hundreds of NHS patients.
I studied coaching at the University of Oxford, and CBT at the world-renowned Charlie Waller Institute (University of Reading). I also trained extensively in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and many other frameworks. I have a large toolkit to help you and cater to your needs.
